Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction

We produce high quality garments on time. All of our inspections are based on the AQL. We run inspections from the time orders are placed to the time they reach your warehouse.

• First is the fabric inspection, where the fabric is thoroughly inspected as it reaches the production facilities.

• Second inspection is the initial inspection. We do this inspection after the first 25 pieces are made and at this point we explain all packing instructions or other requirements that the buyer might have left us.

• The dupro or during production inspection is done when 50% of the order has come off the machines and are waiting to be packed. During this inspection, we pack the first carton based on the buyer’s specifications. We do this so the production unit will be able to follow the example that has been set.

• The last inspection is the final inspection; this inspection takes place at Buying Services warehouse. This assures us that the order placed is complete and is actually ready and in suitable condition to travel. The anchor QC at the warehouse and the merchandiser in-charge of the order do the inspection together.
